Will I be charged sales tax?
We do not collect sales tax throughout any part of the United States. When you shop with us, you shop TAX-FREE.
Are all the items listed on the website in stock or will I have to wait?
All items listed on the website are in stock and ready to ship. We even have listed on our product pages the number of pieces we have left in stock so you know in advance how long you have to purchase before it sells out.
What if an item I want is sold out?
If an item you want is sold out, just add it to your wish list, and we will notify you once it is back in stock again.
What if I need the ring resized?
Twist & Hook offers free resizing before the item is purchased and shipped. Just select the size you would like your ring to come in, and we’ll have it sized free of charge before shipping it out to you. For this, you will need to know your ring size in advance before you purchase from us. Sizing takes 3 business days to complete. Please note rings which have been sized smaller or larger than the original size, are NOT eligible for the 30 day return policy.
Can I buy from Twist & Hook if I live outside the United States?
Currently, we only ship to within the United States, Puerto Rico and the USVI, the Caribbean, the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Hong Kong & Singapore, but will be adding new countries shortly.
What kind of diamonds do you sell?
We are pleased to offer a wide range of high-quality diamonds sourced from Belgium, New York, Mumbai, Canada and South Africa, all through ethical means. All our diamonds undergo the Kimberly Process and are certified conflict-free.

How are items shipped? And how much do I pay for shipping?
Every single item you buy with us is shipped directly to you fully insured by FedEx or USPS Express Mail Service (EMS), all for FREE. Transit times can take 2-6 business days after we ship. For more information on shipping, please visit our Shipping Information page.
Will I be liable for my jewelry while it is being shipped?
We fully insure each order all the way to your door, which means that your shipment is risk-free during transit. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders over $500, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx or USPS.
What is the return policy on items I wish to return?
You get a 30 day money back guarantee if you’re not completely satisfied with the product. That’s right, you read correct. Every single order is shipped free, insured, guaranteed & returnable for a full refund within a 30 day period. This allows you to be sure you have made the right decision. Can you help me keep my order a surprise when you ship it?
Since jewelry is often given for an engagement or other special occasion, we always help keep your purchase a surprise. For insurance purposes, all items of jewelry are shipped in non-descript packaging without any marking or indication of Twist & Hook, jewelry, or its contents.
Will you deliver on Saturdays?
We do not offer Saturday delivery options as our insurance coverage does not cover this.
